Ingredients :
- Veggies of your choice - Cauliflower florets, Broccoli florets, Green Beans, Onion chunks, Tomatoes, Sweet Peppers, Avocado Chunks, Carrot pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 Tbslp
- Seasoning - BBQ seasoning/ Cajun seasoning/ Italian seasoning
- Salt - per taste
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Cilantro - 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Chop all veggies and marinate them in olive oil, salt, seasoning.
- Note: If seasoning isnt available handy, mix some crushed red peppers, oregano, salt, black pepper powder and use it.
- Air fry at 375 F for 20 mins flipping the veggies in between .
- If using convectional Oven, apply some oil on a baking tray and spread the veggies and bake at 375 for 20 mins, flipping them veggies in between.
- Adjust baking time as required.
- Finally garnish with some cilantro, chaat masala and lime juice.
- Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it if you like !
- Serve hot with Avocado Dipping :)
