Roasted Veggies


Ingredients :

  1. Veggies of your choice - Cauliflower florets, Broccoli florets, Green Beans, Onion chunks, Tomatoes, Sweet Peppers, Avocado Chunks, Carrot pieces
  2. Olive Oil - 2 Tbslp
  3. Seasoning - BBQ seasoning/ Cajun seasoning/ Italian seasoning 
  4. Salt - per taste
  5. Lime juice - 1 tsp
  6. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp 
  7. Cilantro - 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Chop all veggies and marinate them in olive oil, salt, seasoning. 
  2. Note: If seasoning isnt available handy, mix some crushed red peppers, oregano, salt, black pepper powder and use it. 
  3. Air fry at 375 F for 20 mins flipping the veggies in between .
  4. If  using convectional Oven, apply some oil on a baking tray and spread the veggies and bake at 375 for 20 mins, flipping them veggies in between.
  5. Adjust baking time as required. 
  6. Finally garnish with some cilantro, chaat masala and lime juice.
  7. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it if you like !
  8. Serve hot with Avocado Dipping :)
