Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice : 1 cup
- Water : 2 cups
- Green Beans : 4 Tblsps
- Carrot : 4 Tblsps
- Green Peas : 4 Tblsps
- Green Chilli Sauce: 4 Tsp
- Salt : Per taste
- Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Oil : 2 tsp
Instructions:
- Pressure cook Basmati rice. Use a little less than usual water and cook for less time, so grains are separate and rice is not mushy.
- Spread the rice on a plate and apply oil so the grains separate.
- In a wok, take some oil, add finely chopped veggies: green beans and carrots and saute.
- Add green peas and green chilli sauce and fry for 2-3 mins
- Now add the cooked rice, salt, black pepper powder and mix everything well.
- Cover and let it cook for a couple of mins.
- Serve hot with any Chicken/Veg gravy or with Indo Chinese Manchurian Gravy or just eat plain !!
