Ingredients :
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Besan - 2 Tblsps
- Pudina/Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup
- Cilantro Leaves - 1/2 cup
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Red chilli Powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Dhane Jeere Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Amchoor Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Salt - Per taste
- Sugar - a pinch
- Water - if required
- Ghee - 5 Tblsp
- Oil - to roast the parathas
Instructions:
- Mix wheat flour, besan, chopped Mint and cilantro leaves and all other spices.
- Add half of the yogurt and start kneading. Add more yogurt as required. The goal is to add minimal water and use yogurt to knead the dough.
- Add 2 Tblsp oil and knead dough. Add water if required.
- Let the dough rest for 10 mins.
- Roll into parathas.
- Apply some oil on a tava, roast the parathas on both sides and finally apply ghee to the paratha.
- Serve hot with a side of pickle n yogurt !
